Reference ID **JR124974** Company Name **Rhenus Logistics Colombia S.A.S.** Location **Bogotá**Job Category **Project Management**Business Unit **Air \& Ocean**Contact Person **Paola Suarez****Job Description** --------------------------- **What You Can Expect** ------------------------ * Manage Project Cargo quotation requests, analyzing each operation and negotiating optimal terms with clients, agents, and suppliers. * Prepare and ensure the integrity and accuracy of technical and commercial offers. * Analyze costs, expenses, rates, terms, and profitability associated with each project. * Administer and update financial proposals and operational data in corporate systems. * Negotiate and support various departments on commercial terms with clients, agents, and suppliers. * Resolve rate and negotiated-term inconsistencies, seeking agile solutions to avoid operational impact. * Ensure accurate recording of costs, expenses, profits, and other variables associated with each shipment. * Monitor and respond promptly to quotation requests from our overseas agents. * Maintain ongoing communication with the product leader, contributing to business stability, competitiveness, and growth. **What You Bring** ----------------------- * Degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, Administrative Engineering, or related fields—equivalent experience accepted. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or equivalent roles, especially in Pricing, Freight Forwarding, Project Cargo, or logistics quotation and negotiation processes. * English B2\. * Intermediate–Advanced Excel. **Business Unit** --------------------- **Air \& Ocean** ---------------- Whether it’s a long-distance shipment or a particularly time-critical one—we at Rhenus do everything possible to ensure our customers’ and partners’ goods reach their destination safely and on time.
