Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages orders and purchase validation. 2. Places purchase orders and manages suppliers. 3. Establishes customer relationships and provides services. **! PURCHASING DEPARTMENT AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE !** **We are a metal-mechanical and electrostatic painting company operating in the industrial sector in Medellín \- Trinidad neighborhood.** We seek an organized male or female candidate! **Salary: COP 2,200,000 \- based on experience and education (occasionally, when field visits are required, the company provides a motorcycle); a corporate mobile phone is provided.** \- Reviews the order spreadsheet prepared by staff**.** \- Validates purchase status (Pending pickup, Pending payment, Pending purchase)**.** \- Validates project files to request required materials (dimensions, material type, quantity). \- Places purchase orders with suppliers and sends projects for manufacturing. \- Validates and corrects issued invoices (billing statements). \- Inspects and verifies the condition and logistics of projects at supplier locations. ***\- Builds and maintains customer relationships and promotes our services.*** Basic Excel proficiency and general office software skills.
