Administrative support and document management for HR. **Position** HR Apprentice **Reports to** Selection and Development Specialist **Vacancies** 1 **Location** La Rosa Food Factory **JOB PURPOSE** ----------------------- Support Human Resources processes from an integrated perspective, contributing to activities in **recruitment, development, and administrative management**, as well as operational support to management, ensuring organized, dynamic, and policy- and guideline-compliant execution. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF** Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Contribute to **organizational development** activities, such as training logistics, tracking training plans, and supporting culture and engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support to HR and management, including **document management, report preparation, database handling, and indicator tracking**. Coordinate operational tasks related to onboarding, inductions, and documentation control. Support the organization and execution of **internal events, communications, and wellness activities**.
