Ensuring the registration and control of dispatched or received goods **OPERATIONS MASTER** A cargo transportation company requires an **Operations Master** for its team to daily coordinate assigned cargo transportation operation routes and goods dispatches, ensuring compliance and optimizing necessary resources for execution. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Route Controller, Operations Administrator, or Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities: Coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of routes and fleet (approximately 43 vehicles) with a team under supervision; ensuring registration and control of dispatched or received goods and their supporting documents or compliance records; preparing and fulfilling manifests; vehicle dispatch; personnel control during loading; verification of quantity and weight of goods, among others. Support and monitoring of the company's outsourced fleet to fulfill requested services, complying with required documentation and scheduling. **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Administration, Business Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Salary: $3\.400\.000\=, including base salary with benefits, occupational risk insurance (AT), and variable pay of $550\.000 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM\- 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM \- 12:00 AM \- 2 Saturdays per month Workplace: Puente Aranda Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
