




Job Summary: The Technical Support Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with after-sales technical services, supporting negotiations, and strengthening technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and ensure the execution of after-sales technical services. 2. Provide technical support for negotiations with key accounts. 3. TotalEnergies Marketing Colombia SAS (TCO SAS) manages commercial activities for the Marketing & Services (M\&S) branch in Colombia and Ecuador. ### **Key Activities** The Technical Support Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring proper execution of our after-sales technical services for current accounts, direct prospects, and distributor accounts; providing technical support for negotiations with potential direct accounts and distributors; and strengthening the technical knowledge of distributors’ and the company’s sales forces. Key responsibilities include: * Training and strengthening distributors’ sales forces’ technical knowledge required to conduct performance-based negotiations for our products. * Advising distributors’ technical teams on designing and developing work plans and delivering services to current accounts and prospects, primarily focused on generating added value, and ensuring proper implementation and management thereof. * Providing technical support for negotiations with distributors’ key potential accounts. * Advising distributors’ sales and technical teams on appropriate selection and application of our products, and supplying technical data sheets and safety data sheets. * Supporting and ensuring high-quality delivery of laboratory services. * Supporting and guiding the handling of claims regarding the performance of our products. 100% on-site work. Base salary: $5\.500\.000\+ benefits ### **Candidate Profile** Professional with a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, possessing specific expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles or in industrial or automotive maintenance, plus proficiency in Excel and advanced English.
