Maintain an effective communication channel with the client and ensure compliance with the established service. a) Comply with the specifications required by the client regarding the food service, as stipulated in the contract at this location. b) Attend meetings requested by the External Client and establish response timelines for their requests. c) Serve as the communication bridge between the External Client and GCG. d) Ensure compliance with and report on indicators related to customer service channel improvement programs. e) Support the Client’s requests for new products or presentations to identify the most cost-effective alternative. f) Present and monitor action plans generated from non-conformities reported by the client during operational execution. Guarantee continuous improvement across the entire production process, from material requisition to actual sales. a) Establish procedures and formats for the Operations area to enable better management and standardization of activities. b) Raise awareness among site personnel and/or positions regarding newly established processes.
