To achieve the above, this position aims to ensure the proper receipt and subsequent delivery of purchases requested by the company’s departments, while maintaining custody and control over consumables, materials, and equipment entering the warehouse. This could be your opportunity to develop and grow in a strategic role as part of a high-impact, collaborative team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and dispense disposable items and equipment to the corresponding agencies and offices according to requests made. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records of disposable items across all agencies, including respective batches identified by their expiration dates. * Receive supplies into the warehouse, controlling their entry and exit while identifying batches and expiration dates. * Ensure and guarantee humidity and temperature traceability for storage capacity and conditioning certification, identifying events outside established ranges to ensure proper storage of disposable items per manufacturer instructions. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and maintain updated legal and sanitary documentation (e.g., sanitary approval) to guarantee certification of storage capacity and conditioning. * Rotate medical devices (disposable items and/or supplies) to prevent expiration and/or deterioration both in the warehouse and at agencies. * Verify that storage and distribution records are completed at each stage of the process across agencies. * Dispatch supplies nationwide, validating rotation to avoid final disposal of supplies nearing expiration. * Verify receipt of Medical Devices, Materials, Supplies, Disposable Items, or other goods arriving via import, purchase, or donation, confirming their condition and quantity using the supplier’s delivery note or import certificate; if requirements are not met, product approval for subsequent entry will not be granted. **____________________________________________________________________** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- * High school diploma * Experience in warehousing and warehouse handling processes, logistics, and management and control of assets and inventories. **Additional Information:** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Alquería Site: Located at Calle 39 Sur # 68A-31 **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders, and cultures across the world.
