Ensure compliance with tax calendar and fiscal obligations Job Description: We are looking for a Public Accounting professional with strategic vision and leadership capabilities to join our team in Cali. The primary objective will be to lead financial planning, ensure operational liquidity, and guarantee the organization's compliance with fiscal and accounting obligations. Requirements: Public Accounting professional. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Coordination or Management). Solid knowledge of financial (IFRS), accounting, and tax regulations. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software. Main Responsibilities: Lead annual budget planning and control. Coordinate cash flow and ensure operational liquidity. Supervise treasury processes, payments, and collections. Submit financial statements and management reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with tax calendar and fiscal obligations. Audit expense policies and lead monthly accounting closings. Working Conditions: Salary: $3,850,000 COP. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Office in Cali (in-person work).
