Analyze information to generate reports and support strategic decision-making. Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automations) and AI tools. Human Talent Process Management and Structuring Support the design, documentation, and implementation of Human Talent processes. Monitor the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding). Project Management Support planning and tracking of departmental projects.
