Technologist in administrative fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Talent, data analysis, or process improvement. Employment Conditions Contract: Indefinite term Salary: $1,800,000 + transportation allowance Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. / Friday: 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. North Bogotá—On-site · Main Responsibilities Data Analytics and Management Support the structuring and monitoring of key Human Talent indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance, workplace climate). Analyze information to generate reports and support strategic decision-making. Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automations) and AI tools. Human Talent Process Management and Structuring Support the design, documentation, and implementation of Human Talent processes. Monitor the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding). Project Management Support planning and tracking of departmental projects.
