This role involves working across the entire stack to create robust and scalable products while leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high\-quality development that meets business objectives and user needs. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and enhance components, interfaces, and tools to support discovery, moderation, and regulatory enforcement * Collaborate closely with customers in the Payments team and other internal groups to create products that improve their workflows * Write clean, efficient, and well\-tested code libraries and product features using PHP, JavaScript (ES6\), React, Python, and Go * Foster personal and professional growth in a collaborative and inclusive environment, sharing knowledge and learning from team members * Ensure scalability and performance across the stack by optimizing both front\-end and back\-end solutions * Lead discussions on technical architecture and contribute to strategic planning for product development * Organize and prioritize team tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables * Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation to ensure long\-term maintainability **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience in web programming with a proven track record of relevant work * Minimum of one year of experience managing and leading development teams * Strong understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the DOM * Experience with server\-side technologies such as PHP, Python, Java, Go, or NodeJS * Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate respectfully with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Self\-motivated and driven to operate with a sense of urgency, prioritizing accountability and results * Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational database management systems
