Monitor and improve front-end performance Currently, we are looking for a **remote Lead ReactJS Developer** to join our global team **Responsibilities** * Technical solution implementation. * Reviewing application requirements and interface designs * Identifying web\-based user interactions * Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts * Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following Next.js / React.js workflows * Constant code review * Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes * Developing and implementing front\-end architecture to support user interface concepts * Monitoring and improving front\-end performance * Documenting application changes and developing updates * Quality assurance writing and organising appropriate tests for Front\-End part **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in ReactJS Development * 1\+ year of leadership experience * Solid experience working as a Next.js and React.js developer * Familiar with Jamstack approach, BFF, SSR, SSG, ISR * In\-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front\-end languages * Knowledge of performance testing frameworks * Experience with browser\-based debugging and performance testing software * Excellent troubleshooting skills
