Continuously improve funnels, tracking, landing pages, and integrations **Marketing Systems EngineerAbout Health Loft** Health Loft is a nationwide telehealth nutrition practice helping patients access insurance\-covered nutrition care with registered dietitians across the United States. We are focused on making high\-quality nutritional care more accessible and building a best\-in\-class patient experience from first click through ongoing care. We're looking for a highly technical Marketing Systems Engineer to own the infrastructure that powers our patient acquisition funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, analytics, quality assurance, and conversion optimization. You will work directly with our Digital Marketing Manager, Engineering Team, and Operations Team to ensure our funnels, tracking systems, landing pages, and integrations are functioning properly and continuously improving. **ResponsibilitiesFunnel Optimization \& Website Management** * Build and update landing pages using WordPress (Bricks Builder \& ACSS) * Create and implement A/B tests and CRO experiments * Review heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior data * Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend improvements * Update website content, provider pages, and marketing assets * Build, audit and maintain automations within GoHighLevel * Develop SEO widgets/plugins based on provided designs from the creative team" **Quality Assurance \& Testing** * Test engineering releases, booking funnels, and website changes * Perform regression, cross\-browser, and mobile testing * Identify, document, and help resolve bugs before they impact results **Marketing Operations \& Tracking** * Verify tracking, attribution, and UTM persistence across systems including EMR * Manage heatmaps, and other analytics tools * Ensure conversion tracking and reporting are accurate **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, QA, Web Development, or a similar technical role * Experience building and maintaining landing pages * Experience with QA testing, troubleshooting, and system validation * Understanding of marketing attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics * Experience with platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently, proactively identify issues, and drive solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Bricks Builder * Experience with GoHighLevel * Experience with Heatmap Integration * PHP, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency * Experience implementing A/B tests * Experience with healthcare, telehealth, or lead generation funnels **What Success Looks Like** * Funnel issues are identified before they impact revenue * Marketing tracking is accurate and reliable * New landing pages and tests are launched quickly * Engineering releases are thoroughly tested before deployment * Attribution and reporting remain accurate across all platforms * PPC \& SEO teams are fully supported by the Systems Engineer in achieving their goals. **Compensation** * Full\-time * Remote * LATAM preferred (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, other) * Target compensation: $2,500\-$3,000/month depending on experience and technical capabilities Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Work Location: Remote
