Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR R2**Location:** Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali**Work Location:** Fully Onsite**What you will do** The materials assistant is responsible for leading shift operational activities, ensuring timely supply of materials to production lines, proper execution of order consumption in the system, safe handling of vehicles (PIVs), accurate recording of finished product, and efficient fulfillment of the dispatch process. Their role is to ensure operational continuity, logistical control, and compliance with the company's established standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities * Coordinate and distribute tasks among the receiving and supply team during the shift * Monitor the manufacturing schedule and resolve incidents with support areas (manufacturing) * Supply raw materials and packaging materials to production lines according to scheduling * Execute material consumption in the SAP system by production order * Ensure material traceability and batch control * Accurately register finished goods in the SAP system and organize products according to logistical and traceability requirements * Prepare and organize finished goods for dispatch and load vehicles according to orders, quantities, and required documentation * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area * Maintain records of consumption, deliveries, returns, and discrepancies * Assist in the receipt and inventory control of bulk raw materials * Processing of orders * Follow-up on orders and resolution of requirements for new and existing orders **What are we looking for?** Required Qualifications: * High school diploma, preferably technical or technological degree in logistics or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and/or manufacturing Knowledge in: * MS Office (Office standard, email, Outlook Professional) * SAP Desired Qualifications: * Assertive communication * Responsibility and autonomy * Technological and computer skills * Fast learning ability * Sense of urgency * Time management for handling emergencies * Ability to work under pressure * Customer-oriented service * Ability to manage multiple sources of information **Benefits for you** * Competitive benefits package * Paid company holidays, paid vacations, volunteering opportunities and more! * Learning and development opportunities * Employee resource groups * This list may vary depending on location/region Kenvue takes pride in being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
