Job Summary: Supervises production, equipment, and processes to meet objectives, including developing team members under safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, safety, and innovation Supervises production, the team, processes, and resources of the assigned shift to achieve planned objectives, including team member development, in accordance with all safety standards and protocols.**Requirements:** * Professional in Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in manufacturing or production environments * **\+ 2 years** of experience managing operational staff * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate collaborative work and coordination of personnel development. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and equipment operation, as well as quality, safety, and compliance standards, and principles of continuous improvement * Must have approval from immediate supervisor to participate * Must not have any disciplinary proceedings, written warnings in the last 6 months, and/or suspension within the last year If you are a current CANPACK employee, please apply through your Workday account.
