Ensuring high service standards and customer experience A prominent countryside restaurant located in Cali, on the Airport Road, is looking for a Restaurant Manager with a commercial and administrative orientation, focused on team leadership, results delivery, and comprehensive business operations. Terms: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: $10,000,000. Location: Airport Road, Valle del Cauca. Full-time availability, aligned with responsibilities inherent to restaurant management. Required Profile: We seek a dynamic, strategic, and solution-oriented individual capable of leading large work teams, making timely decisions, and ensuring proper operational, commercial, and administrative functioning of the restaurant. Responsibilities: Lead the restaurant’s overall operations. Manage and supervise operational and administrative staff. Coordinate teams of approximately 30 permanent staff and up to 80 collaborators on weekends and during events. Manage suppliers, inventory, and procurement. Monitor commercial and service performance indicators. Resolve operational issues and handle critical situations. Ensure high service standards and customer experience. Support commercial strategies and business growth. Administrative control and compliance with internal processes. Ideal Profile: Prior experience managing restaurants, hotels, gastro-bars, or other food-service businesses. Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. Well-rounded profile with a practical and operational focus. Excellent interpersonal relationship and customer service skills.
