Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** SALES SR MANAGER**Location:** Latin America, Colombia, Valle del Cauca, Cali**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** The **Sales Analyst** is responsible for analyzing and transforming sales data into strategic insights, as well as providing field-based technical support when required, ensuring high-quality service and effective on-site problem resolution. This role collaborates closely with sales and service teams, completes required documentation, and supports training and education initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze sales performance using Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory, market share, quotas, and forecasts data to identify trends and growth opportunities by customer, channel, brand, and SKU. * Build and automate commercial reports for the channel and the company, including monthly KPI reports, sales statistics, quota attainment, and forecasts—ensuring consistency and reliability of information. * Support the commercial team in billing processes using SAP, including offer allocation and execution, free goods management, inventory tracking, and order control. * Implement, maintain, and support commercial tracking systems and automated reporting tools, ensuring accurate data collection and validation from multiple sources. * Monitor and track the CIW channel budget, including budget execution, analysis of credit memos and invoices, and P\&L review to ensure efficient financial management. * Conduct detailed customer and channel analyses to generate actionable insights enabling the Alternate Channels commercial team to define action plans and achieve business objectives. * Provide comprehensive customer management support, including contract creation and administration, order loading and adjustments, and tracking of KPI performance against agreed targets. * Support the Alternate Channels commercial team in preparing financial documentation, ensuring commercial actions are executed per the company’s internal policies. * Coordinate and facilitate communication among sales, finance, operations, and other key functions to ensure aligned and efficient commercial execution. * Support the development and implementation of channel-specific strategies and tactics to achieve flawless, high-impact commercial execution toward customers and shoppers. **Requirements** * Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline. * 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales analytics, technical support, or related fields. * Strong foundation in sales analytics or related technical disciplines. * Advanced Excel * Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and analysis for business decision-making. * Ability to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency, meeting demanding deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Experience delivering formal and informal presentations to diverse, cross-functional teams. * Strategic business planning capability, with understanding of complex market dynamics and organizational structures. * Familiarity with SAP\-BW, Cognos, or similar database and analytics platforms. **Benefits for you:** * Superior Benefits Package. * Hybrid Work Arrangement. * Learning and Development Opportunities. * Employee Resource Groups.
