If so, we want you to join our team as a ‘Skechers Store Manager’ Key Responsibilities * Represent the Skechers brand in the best possible way. * Inspire and lead our customers’ experience with excellence — in visual and product merchandising as well as in customer service. * Act as a people-focused leader, training and coaching the store team. * Develop store employees’ skills to drive sales to their maximum potential by expanding product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and optimizing visual presentation standards. * Lead new employees’ onboarding into the team, ensuring the best possible onboarding experience. * Manage the store’s scheduling needs, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. * Serve as a product expert and Skechers brand ambassador. * Ensure recruitment, training, and retention of store staff. * Establish robust operational processes and routines to drive profitability and maximize results. * Master all store operations, systems, and processes — including store opening and closing, stock management, reporting, etc. * Ensure all routines and safety measures are in place. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for the team. Excellent communication skills to set and convey expectations to the store team, establishing clear direction and leveraging KPIs and other metrics. Excellence in people management — identifying talent and developing team members’ skills. Flexibility and motivation to deliver outstanding customer service. Passion and enthusiasm for Skechers products and the brand. Sense of confidentiality and urgency.
