




This position is responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining autonomous AI agents and internal automation workflows, accelerating pilots and integrations as part of the GenAI and GTM roadmap. The role will operate closely with RevOps and cross\-functional teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions that transform business processes. **Responsibilities** * Design, build, and maintain AI agents using large language models (LLMs), planning algorithms, and decision frameworks. * Integrate agents with existing applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, and business workflows (such as chatbots, copilots, and automation tools). * Develop and maintain automation frameworks and orchestration systems for internal process optimization. * Collaborate with RevOps, product, and engineering teams to scope solutions, define KPIs, and drive pilots and internal proofs\-of\-concept (POCs). * Debug and optimize agent performance, reliability, and scalability in production. * Monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy, safety, and reinforcement learning strategies. * Document architecture, agent logic, technical decisions, and deployment pipelines. * Champion automation best practices, continuous improvement, and agile iteration in alignment with the broader GTM AI roadmap. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Hands\-on experience with LLMs, multi\-agent systems, and AI architecture (e.g., GPT, Falcon, Claude). * Proficiency in Python, API integration, and automation platforms (such as Copilot Studio (must), n8n (must), Zapier, UiPath..) * Understanding of orchestration frameworks, database connectivity, and real\-time data automation. * Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Demonstrated ability to document processes, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain technical integrity. * Analytical mindset with excellent problem\-solving and clear communication skills. * Prior collaboration with RevOps, product management, or other cross\-functional teams in a SaaS or tech environment is preferred. **Collaboration Model** * Direct reporting to Revenue Operations leadership. * Embedded partnership with RevOps for solution design and rollout, ensuring unified goals and shared KPIs for pilot success. * Close coordination with broader engineering and product teams to ensure technical fit and alignment with the GTM roadmap. **Expected Scope (First 6\-12 Months)** * Lead development and deployment of internal POCs, agent integrations, and business process automations. * Build and scale internal agent orchestration, automation frameworks, and support expansion across use cases. * Advance collaboration models within RevOps, establishing handoffs, task ownership, and unified reporting for all automation initiatives. **Target Profile \& Level** * Prefer candidates with 3\+ years of experience in AI development, automation engineering, or related fields, with a proven track record in operationalizing intelligent systems. * Open to senior and staff\-level applicants who are comfortable operating both strategically and hands\-on, driving innovation and execution in rapid\-growth environments. * Builder mindset: proactively connects strategy with tactical delivery, energized by cross\-functional collaboration and iterative improvement. \#LI\-ZZ1
