We are a dynamic and growing organization, offering the opportunity to work in an international environment with exposure to both U.S. and Colombian operations.** ### **The** **Payroll Analyst** **is responsible for processing payroll for employees in both the United States and Colombia, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate payroll operations, supporting employees, and partnering with the Human Capital team to deliver timely and reliable payroll services.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Process payroll for employees in the U.S. and Colombia accurately and on time * Review and validate timekeeping records * Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes in compliance with regulations * Maintain payroll systems and ensure data integrity * Stay up to date with regulatory changes in both countries * Prepare payroll reports for management * Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries * Coordinate with external vendors as needed * Collaborate closely with the Human Capital team to ensure efficient payroll operations ### **Requirements:** * **Advanced English level is a MUST!** * **Education:** Degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred * **Certifications:** Payroll certification required * 2–3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role. * Experience processing payroll in both the U.S. and Colombia * Advanced Excel level * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in payroll software * Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills ### **Why Join Us?** * Be part of an international and growing company * Competitive Monthly Salary: $6\.000\.000 \- $6\.500\.000 COP * Great benefits package (Life insurance policy, Health insurance policy, Meal or fuel allowance card, etc.) * Hybrid flexibility and collaborative environment * Location: Bogotá, Colombia
