As a key member of the patient care team, the Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in contacting incoming patient leads and helping them navigate their healthcare journey. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a customer\-first mindset, and a sales\-oriented approach to ensure every patient receives outstanding care from start to finish. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with patients, understanding their medical needs, and connecting them with the right healthcare providers. The role requires proactive coordination of discussions between patients and providers, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Engagement**: Contact incoming patient leads via phone calls, emails, and online messaging to understand their medical needs and guide them through the process of selecting the right healthcare provider. * **Building Relationships**: Establish and maintain trust\-based relationships with customers by offering personalized, empathetic support throughout their healthcare journey. * **Provider Coordination**: Facilitate communication between customers and medical providers, ensuring seamless discussions and exchanges of information. * **Sales and Negotiation**: Utilize sales skills to drive conversions, ensuring patients are matched with the most appropriate providers. Demonstrate the ability to close deals and negotiate where necessary to meet customers and business objectives. * **Outstanding Customer Care**: Ensure that every customers receives outstanding service from initial inquiry through to treatment, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations. * **CRM Management**: Use CRM tools to maintain customers records, track interactions, and monitor sales and performance metrics.
