In this role, you'll build and enhance customer\-facing web applications using C\# and .NET technologies, with a strong focus on delivering intuitive, responsive interfaces. While you'll work across the full stack, your strength and interest in front\-end development will be key to your success. **RESPONSIBILITIES**Front\-End Development (Primary Focus) * Design and build modern, user\-centric interfaces for customer\-facing web applications * Develop responsive, maintainable UI components using Blazor or other .NET frameworks * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences * Ensure applications are performant, accessible, and aligned with best practices Full Stack Contributions * Work across the stack to build and maintain web applications using C\# and .NET Core * Integrate front\-end interfaces with back\-end services and APIs * Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards * Troubleshoot and optimize both client\-side and server\-side code Innovation \& Collaboration * Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance productivity and code quality * Stay current with front\-end trends, frameworks, and best practices * Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high\-quality solutions * Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement **QUALIFICATIONS**Required * Strong proficiency in C\# and .NET (ASP.NET Core experience preferred) * Solid front\-end development experience with modern frameworks — Blazor experience highly valued * Demonstrated ability to build clean, responsive user interfaces * Experience working on customer\-facing applications * Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment * Proven use of AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) in your workflow Preferred * React experience * Python knowledge * Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms * Familiarity with database management and SQL * Background in UI/UX principles and design systems * Experience with CI/CD pipelines * Product\-oriented mindset with customer empathy Education \& Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2\+ years of development experience preferred, though we're open to different experience levels for the right candidate *We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
