Work with Docker and AWS services to support deployments We are seeking an experienced **Full Stack Developer** to join our in\-house engineering team in Santa Ana, California. In this role, you will develop and support enterprise\-level HR, staffing, and financial applications across three affiliated companies: **Kraferd, JobSource, and CingularHR**. You’ll work across both modern and legacy applications, contributing to frontend and backend development in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands\-on experience with **Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Docker, and AWS** and is comfortable maintaining applications built with **ASP.NET/C\# and SQL Server**. **Responsibilities:** * Develop new features across multiple enterprise web applications. * Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. * Build responsive, reusable React components. * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. * Work with Docker and AWS services to support deployments. * Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues. * Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering standards. * Collaborate with engineering and cross\-functional teams during daily standups. * Maintain and update technical documentation. * Support and enhance both modern and legacy systems. **Required Qualifications:** * 3\+ years of professional experience with **Node.js and TypeScript**. * Experience with **NestJS or Express**. * 3\+ years of professional experience with **React and TypeScript.** * Strong knowledge of **Redux or Redux Toolkit**. * Experience with **MongoDB, Mongoose, or other NoSQL databases**. * Experience designing and implementing **REST APIs**. * Familiarity with **JWT or OAuth authentication**. * Practical experience with **Material\-UI or similar component libraries**. * Experience using **CSS\-in\-JS** patterns. * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and C\#**. * Working knowledge of **SQL Server**. * Familiarity with **AngularJS**. * Experience with **AWS services**, including AWS Cognito. * Experience with **Docker containerization**. * Exposure to **microservices architecture**. * Experience developing real\-time applications using **WebSockets and Redis**. * Familiarity with **Jest, Cypress, and Webpack**.
