If you flourish in dynamic settings and enjoy cultivating solid partnerships while promoting technical excellence, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Direct delivery activities, tackling obstacles that arise on large\-scale programs with integrated Digital components * Guide the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs * Stay closely engaged in release management to ensure teams deliver consistently high\-quality solutions * Determine and apply suitable delivery methodologies to drive successful project outcomes * Identify technology solutions that effectively address client business challenges * Hold yourself and your team responsible for KPIs related to delivery performance, business health, team development, and technical proficiency * Establish project and program governance frameworks customized to specific client settings * Continue building your technical knowledge while leading, coordinating, and influencing decisions on essential technology matters * Act as the delivery and technology partner for clients, bridging their vision with available solutions and capabilities * Lead the process of aligning decisions between internal and client teams to ensure successful implementation * Develop and advocate for engineering best practices that support ongoing improvements in quality and productivity **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent advanced certification * At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles * A minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 20 or more employees * At least 5 full\-cycle project experiences, or participation across several projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle * Proven history of delivering complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed environments * Strong background and recent hands\-on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution Architecture * Demonstrated experience working with sophisticated Digital systems and components * Experience collaborating with senior\-level stakeholders at the VP level and above * Solid project or program management skills within a highly technical environment * Thorough grasp of planning, resourcing, and delivering large\-scale technical projects, including knowledge of User Experience Design components such as design systems/frameworks, user research, accessibility, and content strategy * Familiarity with CMS platforms * Familiarity with eCommerce platforms * Experience with mobile app design and development * Excellent English (C1\+) communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences **Nice to have** * Experience leading programs centered on modernization and re\-platforming of large\-scale solutions * Understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives and the challenges of implementing them within legacy environments * Knowledge of Domain Driven Design principles * Experience building solutions from the ground up * Experience delivering cloud\-ready solutions on platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure * Experience bringing microservice architectures to life * Experience delivering data\-intensive solutions, with integration architecture knowledge considered a plus **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
