We are looking for **young Colombian tech talent** to join our **University Program**, a **4–6 month theoretical–practical training experience (20% theory / 80% hands\-on)** designed to give participants real exposure to startup operations, robotics maintenance, and last\-mile delivery technology. What you will do As a **Maintenance Analyst**, you will support the operation and maintenance of our delivery robot fleet.
