We execute projects globally across the Discrete, Automotive, Transportation, Public Administration, Energy \& Utilities, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Chemical, and Industrial sectors. **Your responsibilities and activities** * Design scalable and integrated MES architectures based on Siemens Op Center, aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define functional and technical requirements, ensuring consistency of proposed solutions; * Lead MES solution implementation, overseeing configuration, development, testing, and commissioning activities. * Ensure quality of implemented solutions and adherence to project timelines and budgets. **Required qualifications and competencies** * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role and in analysis, development, configuration, and implementation projects across various manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, food, beverage, chemical); * Experience in manufacturing processes, ability to translate operational needs into scalable technological architectures, and knowledge of MES, ERP, and IoT systems. * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, adopting digital solutions, and ensuring IT/OT integration — with attention to security and production efficiency. * In-depth knowledge of the Siemens Op Center suite and its core components; * Experience with AVEVA Manufacturing solutions is desirable; * Technical skills in SQL, C\#, HTML. * Knowledge of UX/UI Design for creating effective and intuitive user experiences; * Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset. * Excellent command of English; international project experience is a plus. * Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **What do we look for in our people?** * **Ambition**, to pursue ambitious goals and invest in continuous improvement; * **Proactivity**, to anticipate and tackle challenges with initiative; * **Transparency**, to communicate openly and provide constructive feedback; * **Motivation to improve and grow together with others**, demonstrating openness to dialogue to foster collective growth and achievement of shared objectives. **Submit your application and tell us how you can make a difference.** **LOCATIONS** All major Italian offices where Engineering operates, such as: **Genoa \| Turin** The job posting is addressed to all candidates without distinction of gender, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 (Code on Equal Opportunities) and subsequent amendments.
