You will drive the performance of a highly collaborative team composed of diverse and talented colleagues. Our Machinery team is seeking a **Comex Jr Analyst** to join Inchcape Américas. The purpose of this role is to increase coverage and revenue from sales of services, parts, and external work for forklifts by establishing long-term, trust-based commercial relationships with after-sales customers through value-added service proposals, thereby fostering loyalty to our brands and to the company. The **Parts Fleets Executive** will be capable of guiding and consistently supporting customers by providing solutions required for their operations. **What You’ll Do:** * Achieve monthly targets through revenue generation and end-customer satisfaction * Develop commercial proposals for maintenance services * Issue quotations for parts and technical services * Create, track, and invoice work orders * Issue invoices and validate client registration * Request parts procurement and track delivery * Provide consistent guidance and communication to internal and external customers * Read technical reports, parts manuals, and operation manuals. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Solid intermediate Excel knowledge, SAP (DBM module), and Microsoft Office suite * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with users * Strong learning agility * Ability to manage conflicts, resolve problems efficiently, and lead continuous improvement initiatives * Minimum 2 years’ experience in spare parts and accessories sales (forklifts in the machinery sector preferred), including parts catalog management, developing customer follow-up work plans, field sales advisory, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to build it with us.
