Meet and exceed sales targets We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate need to have experience in tourism sales or previous experience working abroad on a cruise ship. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and sell tourism\-related products and services. * Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. * Meet and exceed sales targets. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of travel products and destinations. **Requirements:** * B2\-C1 English Level. * Proven experience in tourism sales, or experience working abroad on a cruise. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Customer\-oriented mindset. **Working Conditions:** * 40 hours per week * Salary: 3,200,000 COP \+ commissions * Training period: 6 to 8 weeks (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) * Operation schedule: shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM * Two days off per week (Friday \& Saturday OR Sunday \& Monday) If you are passionate about sales and the tourism industry, we would love to hear from you.
