You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive user engagement and business growth. **Responsibilities** * Design and build Android applications with a focus on usability and performance * Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and deliverables * Implement robust UI components and ensure seamless user experiences * Optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability * Integrate third\-party libraries and services to enhance app functionality * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback * Work within Agile development processes to deliver high\-quality software * Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Android development * Expertise in Java, Android app components, UI frameworks, developer tools, and workflows * Strong understanding of Android design patterns, coding conventions, Google’s Design Guidelines, and Google Play Developer Program Policies * Solid grasp of networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android platforms * Experience integrating third\-party libraries and external services * Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development * Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with both local and remote teams * Excellent English communication skills at B2\+ level or higher, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Experience developing for other mobile platforms such as Swift for iOS * Skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for cross\-platform or hybrid app development
