Work closely with stakeholders to create seamless user experiences **Senior Platform Manager** **The Role Objective** Platform Manager of Audience Planner Technology **Responsibilities** Key responsibilities are as follows:* Own end to end roadmap/enhancement/bug tracking for Advanced TV Audience Planner. * Own, define and drive the strategy and product roadmap associated to Advanced TV Audience Creation/Maintenance/Expansion * Work closely with business stakeholders to create an end\-to\-end user experience of our custom audience segmentation process and coordinate prioritization between Product, Innovation, and Engagement Teams * Own roadmap enhancement prioritization from Leadership, Sales and Operations * Ability to reliably and repeatedly identify business problems and propose product solutions. * Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on stakeholder input. * Drive the product discovery and delivery processes for initiatives within this area. * Become an expert in proprietary Advanced TV Audience market/ecosystem. **Candidate Requirements** The successful candidate has:* 3\+ years of direct Product Experience * Experience and familiarity in the advertising, marketing, AdTech/MarTech space including, addressable TV, CTV, OTT, data, Ad serving, CRM, OMS, DSPs, and SSPs (Tech Stack) Data Structure/SQL Query experience* GCP Big Query and Cloud Storage Experience is a plus * Python or other programming languages for Data Manipulation and Analysis. * Knowledge of Geolocation databases is a plus. * Ability to work with cross\-functional teams across an array of stakeholders such as end\-users, business leads, and technical \& product teams * Experience with UI/UX requirements and documentation * Excellent oral and written communication skills * BS/BA or above in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
