We are connecting two worlds: moving toward more sustainable energy sources while helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Location:** Colombia This position does not offer international relocation and is intended for hiring residents of Colombia. **Role Objective** Work independently at an advanced level across a wide range of tasks, applying engineering and design theories, techniques, and practices. Must have substantial knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, design and manufacturing standards, as well as industry best practices for developing and controlling deliverables. May provide discipline supervision for a large project or for one or more smaller projects. **Key Responsibilities*** Make responsible decisions to define the course of engineering, design, and modeling deliverables. * Plan and organize tasks for assigned projects, including personal and team tasks when leading. * Manage assignments related to engineering projects with specific objectives and priorities. * Lead or participate in teams of up to 10 people, with potential authority for performance evaluations. * Maintain effective communication with the team and stakeholders, preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. * Work with specialized design, analysis, and modeling tools using data\-driven methods. * Build constructive relationships across the organization with clarity and diplomacy. * Prioritize workloads, support team members, and meet defined deadlines. * Demonstrate enthusiasm, persistence, and tenacity to achieve ambitious goals. * Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables the first time. * Adapt to learning and implementing new complex concepts. * Analyze problems thoroughly and propose effective solutions. **Moving forward together** We want our people to feel energized and empowered to make a sustainable impact.
