As a Tax Senior Analyst, you will support tax and financial operations across Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Bolivia, ensuring compliance, data quality, and the accurate execution of tax and financial processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and validate tax processes, tax returns, reports, and supporting documentation across the region. * Perform reconciliations, balance analysis, and monthly closing activities. * Provide support for internal and external audits and requests from Finance and Tax teams. * Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency. What we need to see from you: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in Tax, Accounting, or Shared Services. * Regional tax experience, working directly with at least 2 Latin American countries. * Knowledge of tax processes, accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls. * Experience with financial ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. ### **Why join our team?** At SoftwareOne, you become part of a global organization that champions growth, innovation, and meaningful impact.
