We are looking for a **Technology Director (IT)** with strategic vision, technical leadership, and innovation, responsible for driving digital transformation and developing technological solutions that optimize the operations of the business group. This role is key to ensuring efficiency, automation, and information security. **Main Responsibilities** * Assess technological needs and propose scalable solutions. * Design, develop, and maintain internal applications to improve operational efficiency. * Manage databases according to optimization and security standards. * Securely create and integrate internal APIs. * Design Front End interfaces (React \+ TypeScript) with a UX focus. * Define policies and guidelines for **information security**. * Ensure quality, scalability, and documentation of developments. * Train and support internal users on new tools. * Lead organizational-level digital transformation initiatives. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** * 3 years in software development and technology management. * Experience leading internal solutions in corporate environments. **Essential Technical Skills:** * Database modeling and administration (security and optimization). * Back End development \+ integration with AI. * Front End development (React \+ TypeScript). * Process automation. * Information security and IT infrastructure. **Required Certifications:** * ITIL Foundations. * Agile Methodologies. * PMBOK (general knowledge). **Desirable Technology Stack** * Office 365, AWS, Cloudflare * Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace * CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel) * LMS (Moodle, Canvas, etc.) * Automation (Zapier, n8n, APIs) **Location:** Cali – Pance **Salary:** $4\.200\.000 monthly **Contract Type:** Full-time employment **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday on-site / Saturdays Job type: Full-time
