This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing functional, intuitive, and visually appealing digital interfaces. The candidate will collaborate closely with technology, creative, strategy, and product teams. **Key Responsibilities** Design user experiences for digital products and platforms Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Translate business requirements into user-centered solutions Apply principles of usability, accessibility, and information architecture Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Conduct usability testing and propose continuous improvements Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints **Candidate Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interactive Design, Multimedia Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI roles within agencies or digital environments Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Knowledge of user research, user flows, and information architecture Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, responsive design) Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and user-centered thinking Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously Portfolio demonstrating design processes and outcomes **Employment Conditions** Indefinite-term contract Hybrid work model Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location: Bogotá We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
