Collaboration with development and product teams Job Description **At SETI S.A.S., we are looking for:** * At **SETI S.A.S.**, we are seeking a **UX/UI Specialist** eager to take on new challenges and drive impact through digital experience design. * If you are passionate about user-centered design, enjoy working in teams, and wish to further enhance your skills within innovative environments, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** * We seek professionals with degrees in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related fields, with experience in **UX/UI applied to Software Development.** * We value creative and strategic individuals who have experience designing modern, functional, and user-centered interfaces, as well as an interest in strengthening their skills within continuous learning environments. * **Conversational English proficiency at B2 level is required for professional communication.** **Required Technical Skills:** * Experience required in: * User flow design, **wireframes and medium- to high-fidelity prototypes** * Proficiency with design tools such as **Figma** * Application of **User-Centered Design (UCD)** principles * Interface design for enterprise applications * Documentation of design specifications (components, states, interactions) * Definition of responsive behaviors (mobile, tablet, desktop) * Participation in discovery processes, usability testing, and user research * Collaboration with development and product teams * Familiarity with frontend environments such as **Angular or similar** (coding not required) **Required Soft Skills:** * Proactivity in the workplace is highly valued. * Problem-solving ability and assertive communication. * Attention to detail and openness to new knowledge challenges that may arise in your work environment. **Benefits:** * Life insurance from day one\. * Sponsored certifications. * Referral bonuses. * Career development plan. * Employee fund, among others. **Work Conditions:** * Location: Bogotá. * Work Mode: Hybrid (2\-3\) * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. * Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience. * Schedule: Monday to Friday.
