We are constantly expanding, and we are now looking to add a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional to our team who can combine business vision with user experience. **What will be your mission as a UX \& Web Designer?** You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience across our digital environments: website, landing pages, funnels, and educational platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation, visual appeal, and a focus on conversion. **Key Responsibilities** * Design user-centered wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes. * Improve usability, structure, and flow of our websites and funnels. * Redesign and maintain pages on platforms such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, and Shopify. * Collaborate with branding, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual and functional consistency. * Implement A/B testing and behavior analysis (Hotjar, Google Analytics). * Participate in continuous improvement of the digital customer journey. * Contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience and conversions. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Professional or technologist in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Web Design, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UX/UI and web design. * Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, Illustrator. * Experience designing for web platforms such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Shopify, or WordPress. * Knowledge of accessibility principles, responsive design, and intuitive navigation. * Creative, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Intermediate English (desirable). **General Information** **Location:** On-site in Cali, Pance neighborhood. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Salary:** Negotiable based on experience and portfolio.
