




Summary: This role involves preparing documentation for clients, communicating essential setup information, and coordinating with support teams for system integration. Highlights: 1. Prepare client documentation and communicate vital setup instructions 2. Coordinate with support teams for seamless system integration 3. Manage client communication regarding technical processes Before sending the client the documentation: * Go into the White Label and find the Company ID. * Inform the client that they **must** use the Company ID you have provided them as their Unique Identifier (in Step 3 of the AD steps) * Inform NatHR support of the intent to set up SSO (who should provide a date \& time) * Tell client date and time (should be a \~10 minute process)
