This is a hybrid role requiring office presence at least three days per week. The selected candidate will support the quotation and placement of automatic reinsurance contracts and will be responsible for preparing reinsurance slips (in both Spanish and English), timely submission to reinsurance markets and insurers, and entering relevant information into proprietary information systems—ensuring proactive, value-added support for our clients (insurance companies). Additionally, the candidate will oversee key tasks to ensure efficient and timely adherence to best practices and regulatory commitments. Through active interaction with internal and external stakeholders, the candidate will deliver excellence in client service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in reviewing client renewals, drafting contracts and endorsements, and preparing final contractual documentation. * Participate in the full lifecycle of the GC Marketplace e-commerce platform—from submission to the reinsurance market through to confirmation of reinsurer participation. * Support brokers in preparing presentations, tracking placement status, and communicating with reinsurers regarding placements and inquiries. * Maintain centralized placement files to ensure compliance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance policies.
