* **Work Schedule:** Part-time (Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Thursdays 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) — 4.5 hours per week

**What will be your mission?**
Plan, lead, and implement training activities for the University Well-being Chess Group, encouraging productive use of leisure time, fostering cognitive skill development, and promoting active participation by the university community in sports and institutional settings.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Professional degree (preferably in fields related to sports, education, physical education, or pedagogy).
* Training related to chess, sports coaching, or teaching.
**Experience**
* Minimum **2 years of experience** as a chess instructor or coach.
* Teaching experience, preferably with university-level groups.
* Must hold a valid **chess coach card or certification**.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Plan, organize, and conduct chess training sessions for university students.
* Design individual and group training plans tailored to participants’ skill levels.
* Identify and nurture chess talent within the university community.
* Prepare students for internal tournaments, inter-university competitions, and other sporting events.
* Promote values such as discipline, strategic thinking, concentration, fair play, and teamwork.
* Monitor student performance and progress, adjusting methodologies as needed.
* Prepare attendance, participation, and program outcome reports.
* Encourage university community participation in chess group activities.
* Support the planning and execution of events, programs, and projects led by University Well-being.
* Identify opportunities for participation in festivals, gatherings, and sporting competitions.
