Develop and manage automation and Infrastructure as Code processes We are looking for a highly skilled **remote Lead Azure Cloud Support Engineer** to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting and implementing Azure services, Cloud PC farms, and automation processes. As the senior person on this team, you will also be responsible for leading the team in Windows Server systems administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Support and implement Azure services (Identity, Governance, Compute, FinOps) and Azure AVD \+ Nerdio Cloud PC farm * Develop, implement and manage automation and IaC processes * Provide Windows Server systems administration and performance monitoring expertise * Configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems * Provide leadership and mentorship to the team **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud Engineering * 1\+ years of relevant leadership experience * Expertise in Cloud Eng Azure with proficiency in Microsoft Azure * Upper\-Intermediate English level * Mastery of core services such as AD, CA, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and ITIL processes * Understanding and experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow **Nice to have** * Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server 2019 * Experience with Hyper\-V, Networking, vlans, firewalls, and CaCMS productivity stack (o365, Exchange, S4B)
