Responsibilities: * Monitor vehicle routes and operational conditions to identify potential risks affecting driver and cargo safety. * Detect and report unsafe operational conditions, such as adverse weather, equipment failures, or risky driver behavior. * Act as first responder to incidents or accidents, coordinating immediate response and notifying relevant emergency teams. * Create master data for carriers, drivers, vehicles, and trailers, ensuring all elements comply with Holcim’s operational and safety requirements. * Conduct thorough review and validation of carrier, driver, vehicle, and trailer documentation, ensuring compliance with Holcim’s established requirements. Work Location: Medellín.
