




Job Summary: Coordinate and plan administrative and operational maintenance activities to ensure optimal conditions of machinery, equipment, and resources, guaranteeing operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Coordinate and plan administrative and operational activities of the maintenance department to guarantee optimal conditions of machinery, equipment, resources, and products, thereby ensuring operational continuity, maximum equipment availability to meet production schedules and customer satisfaction, while consistently safeguarding personnel safety, implementing and executing maintenance and preservation routines, and preserving equipment integrity. All of the above contributes to ensuring the company’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in maintenance areas, holding positions such as supervisor, coordinator, or similar roles in metal-mechanical, plastics, automotive parts, or related industries; including at least 1 year in the target position and 2 years as a preventive and/or corrective maintenance technician. Education: Mechanical Engineering, Metal-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Training: Certified training in metal-mechanical machinery and equipment, knowledge of industrial processes, and preferably basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and the 5S methodology.
