Position Summary:
Engineering professional responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance for heavy-duty fleets, coordinating fleet availability and managing spare parts.
Key Highlights:

Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering professional, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling maintenance for heavy-duty fleets.
Requirements:
* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
* Proficiency in maintenance performance indicators (KPIs).
* Intermediate or advanced Excel \- Power BI
* Knowledge of ERP or maintenance management software.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and monitor the maintenance plan.
* Coordinate fleet availability for maintenance activities.
* Track work orders and equipment history.
* Manage execution timelines and spare parts availability.
* Develop performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
Conditions:
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
* Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
* Work modality: 100% on-site.
* Work location: Mosquera, Cundinamarca.
