Incentives for goal achievement and growth opportunities. **Job Objective** We seek a committed, responsible, and quality-oriented **Motorcycle Mechanical Technician**, who ensures proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing effective, timely repairs aligned with high technical and customer service standards. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, conducting general inspections of motorcycles, and supporting vehicle reception and delivery processes — contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective motorcycle maintenance. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults according to established procedures. * Carry out repairs ensuring quality, safety, and effectiveness in every intervention. * Conduct general inspections and verify proper motorcycle functionality prior to delivery. * Support vehicle reception and delivery processes, providing appropriate customer service. * Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of workshop tools and equipment. * Comply with the company’s defined quality, safety, and service procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of the work area. * Promptly report any technical issues or special requirements identified during vehicle interventions. * All functions inherent to the position. **Required Profile: Academic Background** * Technician or Technologist in Motorcycle Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Maintenance, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in motorcycle workshops or performing tasks related to motorcycle maintenance and repair. **Technical Knowledge** * Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults. * Preventive and corrective motorcycle maintenance. * Repair and adjustment of engines, transmissions, suspensions, and braking systems. * Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments. * Basic interpretation of technical manuals. * Customer service. * Valid **A2** driver’s license. **Competencies** * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Organization. * Service attitude. * Proactivity. **Why Work With Us?** We offer you the opportunity to join a solid company that recognizes the talent of its workforce.
