




We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** with strategic vision, management skills, and digital mindset, responsible for leading the planning, execution, control, and closure of institutional projects related to innovation, technology, training, and organizational development. This person will ensure all projects progress in an orderly, methodical, and strategically aligned manner, connecting different functional areas to achieve measurable and high-impact results. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, and quality. * Structure schedules, define responsibilities, milestones, and tracking KPIs. * Implement and promote agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile). * Document progress, risks, incidents, and lessons learned. * Facilitate communication between departments (operations, IT, product, marketing, and partners). * Perform budget control and project resource management. * Lead follow-up meetings and present status reports to management. * Support the design and implementation of new projects or innovation pilots. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Professional degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years coordinating corporate, technological, educational, or digital transformation projects. **Required Knowledge:** * Project management under PMI, PMBOK, or agile frameworks. * Planning, metrics, KPIs, and results analysis. * Management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Jira. * Productivity tools: Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack. * (Desirable) Experience in technology, innovation, or e\-learning projects. **Valued Certifications:** * Scrum Master / Agile Fundamentals * PMBOK / PMP * ITIL Foundations General Information **Sector:** Educational and Technological **Location:** Cali – Pance **Salary:** $4\.200\.000 monthly **Contract:** Full-time employment **Modality:** On-site (Monday to Friday) / Saturdays Type of position: Full-time
