As a Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping all key business processes and identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, consolidate, and outsource various activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with diverse teams to implement the improvement opportunities identified. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Map key business processes and conduct time studies to identify improvement opportunities through process efficiencies, automation, digitalization, and process outsourcing. * Develop business cases supported by quantitative analysis, delivering actionable recommendations and next steps. * Present opportunities to the Regional Transformation team and work with them to prioritize recommendations. * Develop standard operating procedures for various activities and monitor their implementation. * Lead the implementation of opportunities identified during process mapping and initial analysis, reporting progress to the Regional Transformation team. * Contribute to and lead ad hoc projects as needed to support the transformation agenda. * Provide support to country-level operational initiatives and daily operations across the region. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI. * Preferred: Experience with methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Customer Journey. * Experience in process mapping and re-engineering methodologies, time studies, value chain identification, and process flow efficiency metrics. * Experience in consulting, process management and analysis teams, or similar.
