Participate in local and global HR projects At SD Solutions, we’re hiring a People Operations Analyst for Tipalti, a Silicon Valley FinTech in Medellín. -The position requires three days of on-site presence, with remote work permitted two days. - Our office is located in El Poblado, Medellín. - We provide free lunch during office days. You will manage end-to-end HR operations and administration across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, international/local movements, offboarding, payroll support, benefits, and employee documentation. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems, resolving inaccuracies, and delivering reports, dashboards, and metrics.
