The mission is to rapidly deliver new features over the next 6 months (Q1/Q2\). You'll be working with modern serverless architecture and collaborating closely with cross\-functional teams across time zones. ### **Requisitos mínimos** Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) Build and enhance responsive and high\-performance user interfaces using React Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support front\-end and backend functionality Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for efficient data modeling and application performance Write clean, maintainable code and implement unit and integration tests Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high\-quality product features Navigate through ambiguity and adapt to evolving requirements in a fast\-paced environment Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with U.S.\-based teams Must\-Have Skills Strong experience with Java and modern backend frameworks (Spring Boot preferred) Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Solid understanding of REST API design and backend service architecture Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases Hands\-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, Jest) Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Ability to work independently and manage technical ambiguity Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (starting 1 PM EST) Nice\-to\-Have Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments Experience with authentication and security practices (JWT, OAuth) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
