




We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a Silicon Valley FinTech Company in Medellín, Colombia. **About the company:** Tipalti is a financial technology company founded in 2010, headquartered in Foster City, California. It offers an automation platform for managing accounts payable, mass payments, procurement, and expense management. Tipalti enables businesses to streamline global payments, improve financial workflows, and ensure compliance. **What we offer:** * Hybrid role \- our team works 3 days from the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and 2 days from home (Wednesday and Friday). * We provide free lunch during office days. * We **do not** provide additional private health insurance. * We cooperate under Indefinido contract (Contrato a término indefinido). **What hard skills do we need?** * 2\+ years of experience working in technical support * Experience with SQL and API integrations * Expertise in database and troubleshooting * Fluent English **What will you do with us:** You’ll take ownership of complex technical issues across AP, Procurement, Expenses, and ERP integrations—leading troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with Engineering and Product teams, identifying trends, and driving long\-term solutions. You’ll also help prevent emerging risks, maintain internal documentation, and contribute to team\-wide knowledge sharing.
