Liderar iniciativas de optimización de costos y abastecimiento **PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL:** Gestionar estratégicamente categorías de materias primas asignadas, asegurando competitividad en costo total, continuidad de suministro y alineación con las estrategias de Compras Globales PPG, mediante el manejo de relaciones con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, negociación de acuerdos comerciales y generación de análisis ejecutivos para la toma de decisiones. **RESPONSABILIDADES:** * Gestionar estratégicamente categorías de materias primas, incluyendo análisis de mercado, costos, riesgos y abastecimiento. * Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con proveedores locales e internacionales, actuando como punto focal regional. * Negociar y administrar acuerdos comerciales y contratos, en coordinación con Legal y Compras Globales. * Liderar iniciativas de optimización de costos (FCO) y proyectos de abastecimiento estratégico, asegurando captura de beneficios. * Colaborar con Compras Global y Regional para implementar estrategias alineadas a los objetivos corporativos. * Identificar y mitigar riesgos de suministro, soportando decisiones de continuidad operativa e inventarios. * Preparar y presentar reportes ejecutivos sobre ahorros, desempeño de proveedores y riesgos. * Liderar procesos de sourcing y licitación, asegurando competitividad, transparencia y desarrollo de proveedores. * Asegurar la gestión y calidad del Vendor Master File en ERP, cumpliendo políticas y estándares SGI. * Garantizar cumplimiento de políticas globales de compras, ética y control interno. **About us:** **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™** Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
