Professional and supportive work environment Works closely with the Project Manager and Field Staff to ensure that the project is proactively set up to be accurately executed and sufficiently documented. **Responsabilities** * Oversee lighting design projects from start to finish * Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders * Monitor budgets, deadlines, and production milestones * Maintain clear documentation and regular reporting * Collaborate with vendors and creative/technical teams * Provide updates and presentations to U.S. clients **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in lighting design, architecture, electrical engineering, interior design, or closely related field * 4–8 years professional experience in lighting design or equivalent discipline * Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam * Confidence with AGI or Dialux for lighting analysis * Familiarity with Airtable, Miro, Google Suite * Experience with specification processes and construction documentation * Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package. * 100% company\-paid private health insurance. * Gym membership. * English classes. * Life and funeral insurance. * Professional and supportive work environment. * Career development opportunities in a global logistics company.
